Here is our first Clown Award Winner! This Lady or (Girl) was driving south bound on 411 yesterday, just before the Madisonville City limits. She was texting while she was driving, she was all over the road, and just about had two rear-end collisions. Know how dumb is it to drive why you are texting. Oh and by the way, had my wife to take the pictures why I was driving.  It would not be very smart to take pictures why I was drivin, now would it. But I could have made the clown list  if ran off the road while taking her picture.
